Expansion board for Raspberry Pi equipped with a 9-axis sensor, barometric and temperature sensors, and an 8-channel 12-bit ADC.
The MPC-RASAR-ADSENSOR is an expansion board for Raspberry Pi equipped with a 9-axis sensor for acceleration, angular velocity, and geomagnetism, a barometric pressure and temperature sensor, and an 8-channel 12-bit SAR-type ADC. It supports I²C and SPI communication, making it ideal for building a multimodal sensing environment. The ADC is user-friendly with 8 channels, a multiplexer, 12 bits, 1 MSPS, and is of the SAR (Successive Approximation Register) type. The 9-axis sensor boasts the world's smallest power consumption for a 9-axis motion tracking device. The barometer is a compact digital pressure sensor with high precision and low current consumption. *It can also be modified for Arduino connectors; please contact us separately for details.
Features:
It connects to the 40-pin expansion connector of the Raspberry Pi, communicating with the ADC via SPI and other sensors via I2C. The ADC can be configured to operate independently with 8 analog input channels. The sensors include a 3-axis accelerometer, a 3-axis gyroscope, a 3-axis compass, and a digital motion processor (DMP) packaged together. The barometer can measure both pressure and temperature.
